James also worked at the recently closed DMRC Headley Court rehabilitating injured personnel and soldiers back to fitness and towards their goals. James has also helped injured soldiers and veterans towards the Invictus games.

James’s passion has been in exercise and sports since a young age, representing his club and country in Karate, playing football, snooker and hockey and has now a keen interest in squash. James’s Bsc Sports & Exercise Science furthered his interest and augmented his passion in sport leading him to his masters and is now determined to understand and rectify peoples experience of pain; whether working long hours behind a desk, an athlete or preparing for a marathon.

James prides himself with his passion in understanding and treating injuries with the objective of a fast recovery, being able to relate to the importance of exercise and the frustrations and pain an injury can impose.
